Toulouse is the big city closest to our workshop: 75 km on the A68, just over an hour's drive. It is also where most of our customers come from. The HearMe vintage telephone leaves about 7 days before your date, in custom packaging with the sign and the instructions, and arrives at your home or your venue several days before the big day. After the event, you send it back by the following Monday at the latest, in the same packaging, with the return label provided. Round-trip delivery is included in the price.

When booking, give the most practical address: your home, a witness's, or the estate itself if someone can receive the parcel. The phone arrives in custom packaging that fits under one arm and travels to the hall without special care. On site it needs a table and a power socket, nothing else: no Wi-Fi, no mobile network, no app. After the wedding, you put it back in its packaging with the return label and drop it at a drop-off point in Toulouse.
