Which package for a birthday?
For a party among friends, the Basic package at €175 is enough: the phone, your welcome message, every message in your online space, round-trip delivery included. If you are organising a surprise, the Full package at €250 lets you record personal messages in advance that certain guests, or the birthday person, discover when they pick up. For a big party, the Challenges option at €35 puts a QR code on each table and turns the phone into a game: each guest draws a challenge and dials the number shown on the dial to answer it.
Frequently asked questions for a birthday
When in the evening should we set up the phone?
As soon as guests arrive, on a visible table, with the sign provided. Messages come naturally during drinks and between courses; the later it gets, the funnier they are.
Can the birthday person listen to the messages the same evening?
Messages are returned to your online space in the days following the phone's return. They cannot be played on the phone itself: the surprise stays intact until the space opens.
How long do we keep the phone?
It arrives about 7 days before the date and you send it back in its packaging by the Monday after the party at the latest, with the label provided. The return is included.
