Albi to Paris: 650 km, a shipment planned ahead
About 650 km separate Albi from Paris. Each HearMe vintage telephone travels in custom packaging, entrusted to a carrier, shipped about 7 days before your date to arrive well before the event. It contains the sign, the cable and the setup and return instructions. After the event, you send it back by the following Monday at the latest, with the label provided. The round trip to the Île-de-France is included in the price, with no distance surcharge.
Central Paris, inner and outer suburbs
A wedding in a château in Seine-et-Marne or the Yvelines, a reception on a barge on the Seine, a venue in Paris itself, a seminar or corporate evening at La Défense: nothing changes. The phone sits on a table, plugs into a socket, and your guests pick up. You record your welcome message from your online space and, with the Full package, personal messages that certain guests discover when they pick up.
Delivered to your home or straight to the venue
In Paris, the delivery address matters: a flat without a concierge, a venue closed on weekdays. When booking, give the most practical address, your home, a witness's, or the venue if someone can receive the parcel. The parcel fits under one arm and the phone travels without special care in its packaging. The return can be dropped at any of the carrier's drop-off points.
A small-scale service, far from the big platforms
HearMe is prepared and hosted in Albi, away from the Paris event-rental agencies. You deal with us directly, by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp, from the first exchange to the return of your messages in your personal space, in the days following the phone's return. Basic package at €175, Full package at €250, Challenges option at €35, uncashed €750 deposit cheque returned at the end.

How long does the phone take to reach Paris?
Shipped about 7 days before your date, it usually arrives within 1 to 3 working days in the Île-de-France. So you have it several days before the big day to try it out.
I have no concierge: how do I receive the parcel?
Have it delivered to an address where someone is present during the day, for example a witness's, your office or the venue itself. The parcel is compact and easy to carry on public transport.
How do I send the phone back from Paris?
Put it back in its packaging with the return label provided and drop it at one of the carrier's drop-off points, by the Monday after the event at the latest. The return is included.
