Albi to Lyon: 330 km, a shipment without surprises
About 330 km separate Albi from Lyon. Each HearMe vintage telephone is shipped about 7 days before your date, in custom packaging, with the sign, the cable and all the instructions for setup and return. It arrives several days before your event, whether it takes place in Vieux Lyon, at Part-Dieu, in the Monts du Lyonnais or in the Beaujolais. You then send it back by the Monday after the event at the latest, return included.
Weddings in the Beaujolais, the Dombes and the Pilat
A wine estate in the Beaujolais, a château in the Dombes, a reception hall on the banks of the Saône or a wedding in Isère: the phone sits on a table at the drinks reception and plugs into a standard socket. Guests pick up, hear your welcome message and leave their own. With the Full package, certain guests discover a personal message you recorded for them. The Challenges option adds a QR code on the tables.
Seminars, trade shows and corporate evenings
Lyon is as much a city of big weddings as of professional events: conferences, head offices, trade shows at Eurexpo. The audio guest book suits both. On a stand or at a seminar, the welcome message presents your company or asks a specific question, and the testimonials are gathered in an online space the whole team can access. No technical setup on site.
Delivery included, no distance surcharge
Basic package at €175, Full package at €250, per event, round trip to Lyon included, with no surcharge for the distance from Albi. An uncashed €750 deposit cheque is returned to you at the end. After your event, every message is available in your personal space in the days following the return, to listen to again, download or turn into a keepsake vinyl. HearMe is prepared and hosted in Albi, in the Tarn.
