About 350 km separate Albi from Marseille. The HearMe vintage telephone travels in custom packaging, shipped about 7 days before your date to arrive well before the event, with the sign, the cable and all the instructions for setup and return. After the event, you send it back by the following Monday at the latest, with the label provided. The round trip to the Bouches-du-Rhône is included in the price.
Provençal farmhouses, calanques and the Luberon
A reception in a farmhouse in the Alpilles, a seaside wedding in Cassis or the calanques, an estate in the Luberon, a bastide near Aix or a corporate evening at the Vieux-Port: the principle is the same everywhere in the region. The phone sits on a table, plugs into a socket, and guests pick up. Outdoors, simply plan a socket within reach and a little shade: the phone likes full sun no more than your guests do.
Everything is prepared remotely, from your online space
You record your welcome message from your online space before the day. With the Full package, you also prepare personal messages that certain guests discover when they pick up. The Challenges option, at €35, adds a QR code on the tables: each guest draws a challenge on their smartphone and dials the number shown to record their answer. The messages come back to you sorted by theme.
An independent service, no middleman
HearMe prepares and hosts every audio guest book from its own premises in Albi, in the Tarn: no Marseille event agency between you and us. Your messages stay on our servers and are returned to your personal space in the days following the phone's return. Basic package at €175, Full package at €250, uncashed €750 deposit cheque returned at the end.
