Our premises: 1 boulevard Carnot, Albi
Every HearMe phone is restored, prepared and tested at our premises at 1 boulevard Carnot in Albi, a stone's throw from the centre. It is where your guests' messages come back after the event, and where you can collect and return your phone. We welcome you on Mondays from 2 pm to 5 pm and Tuesday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Outside those hours, write or call us: we will find a slot.
How on-site pickup works
Choose "on-site pickup" when booking: the price is the same as with delivery. A week before your date, you receive a reminder e-mail with the address, the opening hours and what to bring: the €750 deposit cheque (€1,500 for a collection model), never cashed and returned at the end. On pickup day, we show you the phone, plug it in together and answer your questions. You bring it back by the Monday after the event at the latest.
Weddings in the Tarn, from the episcopal city to the Gaillac vineyards
Albi, Castres, Gaillac, Cordes-sur-Ciel, the Tarn valley or the foothills of the Montagne Noire: the Tarn is our home ground. A Gaillac wine estate, a renovated barn in the Ségala, a bastide near Castres, the town hall then the village hall: the phone sits on a table at the drinks reception, plugs in, and guests pick up. You record the welcome message from your online space and, with the Full package, personal messages that certain loved ones discover when they pick up.
And if you prefer delivery
Pickup is never compulsory. Even in the Tarn, we can ship the phone to your home or your venue about 7 days before the date, round trip included, as everywhere in mainland France. Basic package at €175, Full package at €250, Challenges option at €35. Messages are hosted on our own servers in Albi and returned to your online space in the days following the return.
