Albi to Bordeaux: 260 km, a trip our phones know well
About 260 km separate Albi from Bordeaux. Each HearMe vintage telephone is shipped about 7 days before your date, in custom packaging, with the sign, the cable and a full set of instructions for setup and return. It arrives several days before your event, and you send it back by the following Monday at the latest, with the return label provided. The round trip to the Gironde is included in the price, whatever the exact location of your reception.
Médoc châteaux, Entre-deux-Mers bastides, Arcachon Bay
The Bordeaux region is a land of château and wine-estate weddings. The phone finds its place on a table at the drinks reception, next to the seating plan or the paper guest book it replaces. It plugs into a socket, and guests pick up, hear your welcome message and leave their own. A wedding in Saint-Émilion, a reception on Arcachon Bay, a seminar on the Bordeaux quays: the principle stays the same.
Everything is prepared online, remotely
You manage everything from your online space: recording the welcome message, preparing messages for your guests with the Full package, adding the Challenges option, following your booking. No appointment, no technical setup. On the day of your event in Bordeaux, all that is left is to plug in the phone. We handle the logistics from Albi.
Delivery included, messages returned to your space
Basic package at €175, Full package at €250, per event, round trip included. An uncashed €750 deposit cheque is returned to you when the phone comes back. Once the event is over, you get every message in your personal space in the days following the return, ready to listen to, download or turn into a keepsake vinyl. HearMe is prepared and hosted in Albi, in the Tarn, with no middleman.
Frequently asked questions for Bordeaux
When will I receive the phone in the Gironde?
We ship it about 7 days before your date. Allow 1 to 3 working days in transit: it therefore arrives several days before the event, leaving time to try it out.
Can I have it delivered straight to the château?
Yes, as long as someone can receive the parcel there. Otherwise, have it delivered to your home or a relative's and bring the phone on the day in its packaging.
What if my wedding lasts the whole weekend?
The phone records about 48 hours of messages: it can stay plugged in from Friday evening to Sunday without any handling. You then send it back on the Monday.
