Which events is the audio guest book for?
Weddings above all, but also birthdays, retirements, christenings, hen and stag parties, company events: any moment where you want to keep your loved ones' voices.
How does delivery work?
We ship the phone to your home or to the venue about 7 days before your date, in custom packaging with all the instructions. You send it back by the Monday after the event at the latest, in the same packaging, with the label provided. Round-trip delivery is included in mainland France.
How do guests know what to do?
It's intuitive: pick up, hear your welcome message, leave a message after the beep. No app, nothing to explain.
When do I get the messages?
Within days of the phone coming back, every message is in your online space. Play and download them one by one or all at once.
Do you deliver all over France?
Yes. We're based in Albi, in the Tarn, and deliver across mainland France. Delivery is included in the price.
How does the Challenges option work?
You get a QR code to print and place on the tables. Each guest draws a challenge on their smartphone, then dials the number shown on the rotary phone to record it. Messages come back sorted by theme.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes: an uncashed deposit cheque of €750 (€1,500 for collector models). It is never cashed and is returned as soon as the phone is back in good condition.
How many messages can the phone record?
About 48 hours of recording, with no limit on the number of messages. With messages of one to two minutes, even a wedding with 200 guests stays far below that limit. Messages are recorded locally on the phone, then hosted on our servers in Albi after it is returned.
